Natural Healing for Exceptional Children
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing any product or service from The Happy Healthy Unicorn Ltd, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
The Happy Healthy Unicorn Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15522312, with its registered office at 14 Copper Tree Court, Loose, Kent, ME15 9RW.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products purchased from us.
2. Nature of Our Services
We provide holistic, supportive, and educational services which may include functional lab testing, nutritional and supplement guidance, one-to-one consultations, healing plans, memberships, courses, programmes, workshops, and digital resources.
All services, recommendations, and materials are designed to support your journey and provide guidance. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Service descriptions on our website are for general guidance and may vary slightly.
3. Consultations and Healing Plans
By purchasing a consultation or healing plan, you confirm that all information you provide (via questionnaire, email, phone, in person, or otherwise) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
All advice and recommendations are personal to you and should not be applied to others.
You agree to keep your practitioner informed of any changes to your medical treatment, prescriptions, or health status during your plan.
If any dietary, supplement, or lifestyle changes cause concern or adverse effects, you agree to let us know promptly so we can support you appropriately.
Healing is a process, and results will vary from person to person. Progress is often gradual and depends on consistency, commitment, and the many unique factors that make up each individual.
Healing plans include up to one consultation per calendar month unless otherwise stated. The value of your plan is not based solely on the number of meetings, but on the full support provided throughout the agreed duration.
Your plan begins from the date of payment, as support starts immediately, and continues for the full agreed term.
Where included, ongoing email support forms a key and valuable part of your plan. It allows for continued guidance, reassurance, adjustments, and support between sessions, helping you feel supported throughout your journey rather than only at appointments.
Unused appointments do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Due to the immediate commencement of support and access to guidance, healing plans are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Where less notice is given, we may charge for the session in full or count it as one of the consultations included within your plan.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future booking availability.
5. Email Support
Email support is included only where it is clearly stated within your plan, programme, or service.
Where included, this support is an important part of your journey and is intended to provide guidance, clarification, and support between sessions.
Support is provided within reasonable working hours and response times.
Ad hoc consultations, digital products, courses, programmes, and workshops do not include personalised ongoing email support unless this is clearly stated.

The following terms apply to all courses, programmes, and workshops:
