Over the selected period, you’ll have 1 in-depth consultation per month, giving us the time and space to explore your health picture fully and adjust your approach as your body responds and evolves.

After each session, Vicky creates a highly detailed and carefully considered written plan, tailored specifically to you and your child. These plans are built from a deep understanding of your symptoms, history, and underlying drivers. Ensuring every step is intentional, clear, and supportive.

Alongside this, you’ll have ongoing email support, so you’re never left navigating things alone. This guidance is a key part of the process, allowing Vicky to support you between sessions, answer questions, and gently guide you as your healing unfolds. You’ll also have access to relevant resources to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
